We are inspired by the art of Korean bathing culture, where well-being is nurtured through cleanliness and community. Bath houses were typically communal environments where families would gather to relax, catch up on gossip, and scrub each other’s backs through the traditional ritual of seshin. People would emerge from the bath house rejuvenated and cleansed. 

Our exfoliating wash incorporates volcanic ash from the island of Jeju in South Korea to offer a gentler version of the rigorous body scrubbing practiced in seshin. Skin is instantly more soft and supple.
